Research Interests

Dr. Mansour Al-Ghamdi is interested in studying a relationship between environment and contamination.  He participated in a number of research projects in Saudi Arabia.  This include (i) “Re-build of Ain Zubaidah” and (ii) “Preliminary study to dispose the soot from burning crude oil in steam electricity station in Rabigh city”.  Recently, he focused on health and environment particularly the impact of environmental conditions upon human health and its relationship to emergence of some diseases and epidemics.  His research interests focus also on studying the impact of climate change on environmental risks using Regional Climate Models (RCMs) output.
